Who is In Awareness Intensive - September 15, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm.
One day event led by James St Clair and Vanessa Hamilton
This is one of the processes in the new program being presented by James St Clair, called "Meditation in Life Training." The purpose of this program is to teach participants how to use the glimpses of insight they have in therapy, or individual sessions, ie: the Transmitter Relays, to transform their quality of life, and anchor themselves in their inner truth. The combination of this training along with regular use of Colorpuncture is one of the main points in the Colopoint Method, to integrate change and insight into one's daily life.
The Group
The quest for Who is in? and Who am I? is as old as humanity. These questions are the core questions of every human being – no matter if man or woman, young or old, stupid or clever, seeker or businessman. In the Colorpoint Method, the highest level of healing happens when a person is enabled to live in the present moment available to his/her potential creativity and chooses to live it. This process of living one's truth is the same process of waking up, or discovering - "Who Am I?" That reality of one's true identity is a discovery, in each moment, not a static thing which one learns, and then repeats ad infinitum.
The Who Is In process uses the ancient method of the koan along with active meditations, interviews, and the inquiry process, to seek the center of oneself, to have a direct experience of oneself - apart from our stories, past experiences, opinions of others, hopes for the future, and regrets or memories of the past. No intellectual answer will help. You need to go into these questions and experience them directly. Relaxation, trust, love, openness for oneself and others will grow simultaneously with understanding.
Structure of the Group
The ancient Zen technique of facing the wall in silence is combined with the modern technique of structured communication facing a partner. Opening yourself in the presence of another person supports the incentive for the inquiry into who you truly are. It is a process of continually querying inside what the truth of this moment is, here and now. This direct experience of oneself, is transforming. It is the creation of the possibility of the phenomenon which the buddhists call "Letting the dust settle," which refers to the inner clarity which arises when an individual encounters his inner truth, recognizes it, and lives it.
This group is one of the processes which is a part of the new training called "Meditation in Life Training," developed by James St Clair.
