These tapes are "translations" of Mandel's color frequency patterns or treatment into sound therapies, available on audio cassette and soon on CD. The recordings were a collaborative effort between Mandel and well-known German music therapists.Different sound therapies address a variety of treatments.
The sound treatments need to be listened to uninterrupted for the full length of the CD, either with headphones, or through speakers. Sleeping during the treatment does not hinder the treatment. These CDs should NOT be listened to during other activities such as driving. The sound treatment should be the sole activity with no other activity in the environment, similar to receiving a massage or therapy session. Afterwards, quiet time should be given for integration.
