If you are not completely satisfied with the Perlux clinical tools we sell, look over your purchase for one week after you’ve received it, and if it is not what you were looking for – you can return it. No questions asked, and no restocking fee.
The light sets and other tangible goods have to be in undamaged condition, so be sure to inspect them when they arrive. It’s important to look over your purchase when it arrives to make sure it is undamaged.

Printed Material

Our printed material such as all Course Workbooks, can not be returned for refund. If they are damaged in shipping, they can be exchanged for a good copy. To return an item, please email us first, using this email:

Please wait for our response, we will answer your email with the correct address to ship the item back to. IT MAY NOT BE THE SAME ADDRESS IT CAME FROM. So please wait for our email reply before you return anything. If the item is damaged in shipping, you will be responsible for documenting the damage to get a refund on damaged items. It does not take long, but is necessary for the postal service to grant a refund.
There is nothing offered here in the Colorpoint Store which has not been tested, experienced and approved by us, or our affiliates, so that when we sell an item, we are speaking from experience – our own. There are no theoretical or untried hypotheses or ideas which you are the guinea pig for. Thousands of clinical session hours and workshop or training experience is behind every item sold here.

Returns

For the Course workbooks from Colorpoint Institute, and ALL audio CDs sold on this site, there are NO refunds. Exchanges are possible if items have arrived damaged from shipping.

Site Security

Purchase with confidence, transactions on this site are protected. Our payment gateway is negotiated via email, and we have an SSL encrypted tunnel to and from the internet, our communications are NEVER outside secure encryption. We’ve done business on the internet since 1999, and Colorpoint Institute has never had any customer complaints about credit card fraud, or lost payments. Also, your personal information such as address, is only kept for servicing deliveries and internal customer service. Your payment and order information is not kept after delivery. After your purchase is complete, that information is NOT stored anywhere, so that is the best security, as there is no possibility it can be discovered or hacked.
